LES PÉPITES D'OR DU 973
Ludovic BAAL, joueur emblématique de football professionnel du stade Rennais à l’époque et de la sélection de Guyane, et Jaïr KARAM, ex-sélectionneur des «Yanas Dòkò», ont eu l’idée de créer une association intitulée «Les Pépites d’Or du 973».Créée en 2017, elle propose différentes actions de détection de jeunes footballeurs, de formations continues de cadres, et d’échanges avec des structures de formation de football professionnel.

LUDOVIC BAAL OUR SPONSOR Before becoming a professional player, my journey was strewn with pitfalls and trials. Thanks to the unconditional support of my family, I was able to cross the different levels, and today I want to share my experience with the youth of my territory. With a lot of perseverance and determination, I remain convinced that our territory can be a real breeding ground for French football.

Our journey with the "Yanas Dokos" aroused at the time a lot of enthusiasm for our youth. With Ludovic BAAL, we initiated this project in order to offer integration perspectives to young Guyanese. This youth must come out of its isolation and must have the same opportunities as a young person from France. With intrinsic athletic qualities, our territory can offer other recruitment profiles to Hexagonal clubs.
